The Heritage Quick & Clear II Pregnancy Tests can be purchased in 2 different methods, single orders or automatic shipments.

If you would like to order with automatic shipments, choose the option on the left under "Downloads" called "Enrollment Form". Fill it out and send it back to us.

If you would like to order a single order of boxes, order online here or please call us at 1-800-858-3040. All first time orders must agree with our Life Affirming statement (either over the phone or by putting "Life Affirming" in the order notes).

Automatic Shipments:

- Quantity discount based on your YEARLY usage (you save)
- Shipments available monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly
- Shipping per order reduced up to 50%
- Put orders on hold at any time
- Combine with automatic vitamin shipments and save even more!
- Additional items maybe added to your standing test order with no increase in shipping fees
